On August 26, 2004, draft ballot titles for initiatives #7 and #8 were
received by the Secretary of State, Elections Division from the Attorney
General's office. Written comments on the draft ballot title are due
in the office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division no later
than 5pm on September 10, 2004. Electronic comments can not be
accepted.
